Promotions, which enables merchants to send text alerts, coupons or
messages directly to its customers' mobile phones, notifying them
about special sales, discounts, and other value-added services.

Promotions; (2) using LIFT's proprietary software, the merchant,
either alone or in conjunction with a LIFT representative, creates

Text message campaigns to mobile phones provide businesses --
regardless of size -- with an easy-to-use and very cost effective
