ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Ian Ganzer, Chief Operating Officer of Royal Energy Resources, Inc. (the “Company”), has announced his resignation from his executive position with the Company, effective as of September 13, 2016. Mr. Ganzer’s decision to resign as Chief Operating Officer was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
