BF Borgers was listed on the Suncliff OTC Markets profile page with Service providers, pre May 2024. When they were found to be in Trouble with the SEC, I noticed they were taken off and no longer a service provider for the Suncliff and our filings were done right after that. So, I believe, with a little research, Suncliff got rid of them and cut all ties with them as all the other companies, that were using them. It's really not that hard. It's all right in front of you.
