Corporation (TSX: SGR) ("San Gold" or the "Company") announces that
it has received approval to list its common shares (the "Common
Shares") and 8% subordinated unsecured convertible debentures
(the "Debentures") on the TSX Venture Exchange (the
"TSXV"), which is scheduled to occur concurrently with the
delisting of its Common Shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the
"TSX").
The Common Shares and Debentures will be delisted from the TSX
at close of business on March 23,
2015 and will commence trading on the TSXV at market open on
March 24, 2015. The Company's trading
symbol "SGR" and "SGR.DB", for its Common Shares and Debentures,
respectively, will remain the same.
