Unisource Executes First Contract for Visionship G3 Cloud-Based
System Rollout

today announced that the Company has entered into the sales and
marketing phase for its flagship product, Visionship G3
Transportation Management System.
Following the Company's announcement about the launch of the new
Cloud-based Visionship platform on July 17,
2013, Unisource's sales and marketing team has now initiated
sales of its Visionship G3 system to current and prospective
customers. Through its majority owned subsidiary, the
Company has executed a master license agreement for its next
generation Visionship G3 Transportation Management System with a
large manufacturing and distribution customer, which will be
detailed in a Company announcement tomorrow (Wednesday)
morning.
