Accrol (AIM:ACRL), the UK's leading independent tissue convertor, announces that Dan Wright, Executive Chairman of Accrol, has today purchased 232,558 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP0.43 per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, he now holds 11,515,543(1) Ordinary Shares representing 3.61% of the current Issued Share Capital of the Company.

        Gomrath Limited, a family investment company controlled 
        by Dan Wright
