Holding in Company, lock-in agreement and Director Dealings
Active Energy, the London quoted renewable energy company
focused on the production and development of next generation
biomass products , was notified on 30 July 2021 that Gravendonck
Private Foundation ("Gravendonck") has disposed of a total of
89,623,809 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 0.375p per Ordinary Share.
Following the disposal, Gravendonck is beneficially interested
in 716,942,300 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.37% of the
Company's total issued share capital with voting rights. Certain of
the shares sold by Gravendonck have been acquired by Directors of
the Company, as detailed further below.
Lock-in agreement
Gravendonck has entered into a lock-in agreement with the
Company, pursuant to which it has undertaken not to dispose of any
more of its remaining holding of 716,942,300 Ordinary Shares for a
period of one year from today's date, other than with the prior
consent of the board of AEG.
