Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2020 (the 'Accounts') will be posted to shareholders today. The Accounts will include notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and a copy of the Accounts will also be available to download from the Company's website at www.aeorema.com .

The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 1 December 2020. At the time of the publication of the Notice of AGM, restrictions on public gatherings remain in place as a consequence of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly the directors of the Company (the "Directors") believe it is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders to hold the AGM as a closed meeting with a minimum number of shareholders present. The Company will ensure that the legal requirements to hold the AGM are satisfied through the attendance of a minimum number of Directors and/or employee shareholders and the format of the AGM will be purely functional. Unfortunately this means that shareholders cannot be admitted to the AGM. For this reason, shareholders are strongly encouraged to appoint the Chairman of the meeting to act as their proxy and to provide voting instructions in advance of the AGM.

Shareholders are invited to submit questions relating to the AGM to questions@aeorema.com prior to 10.00 a.m. on 29 November 2020. The Company will publish these questions (other than any questions which the Directors consider to be frivolous or vexatious, or which cannot be addressed for legal or regulatory reasons) and the answers on the Company's website as soon as practicable after the AGM.
