Aeorema Communications plc announces that Richard Owen, Non-Executive Director, has purchased, 25,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Owen has a beneficial interest in 105,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.1 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
