AEW UK REIT plc (LSE: AEWU) ("AEWU" or the "Company") announces
that, following a marketing campaign, it has agreed terms to sell
its office asset located in Eastpoint Business Park, Oxford for
approximately GBP37 million. The agreed sale price represents a
significant premium to the carrying value of the asset at 31 March
2022 and the Company received a number of offers at similar levels.
For illustrative purposes only, if this valuation had been included
in the 31 March 2022 NAV, it would have added approximately 11
pence to the Net Asset Value per share.
It should be noted that there is no guarantee that the
transaction will complete and there will be a number of factors
that may impact the next net asset value produced by the Company,
which will be for the period ending 30 June 2022.
