Publication of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Alpha FMC (AIM: AFM), a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services to the asset management, wealth management and insurance industries, confirms that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 and the Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting are now available on the Company's investor website: https://alphafmc.com/investors/reports-presentations/

Copies have been posted to shareholders who have requested to receive communications in printed form, with a form of proxy.

The 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11:00 am BST on Thursday 23 September 2021. It is possible that some form of pandemic-related restrictions on indoor gatherings will affect our ability to welcome shareholders to the meeting. We therefore recommend that shareholders do not attend the AGM in person and instead appoint the Chairman of the meeting to act as their proxy. If any shareholders or their proxies do intend to attend the meeting in person, we encourage them to advise the Company at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting by email to company.secretary@alphafmc.com .

Arrangements have been made for shareholders to participate in the 2021 AGM by submitting questions or matters of concern in connection with the business of the AGM in advance by email to company.secretary@alphafmc.com. The Board encourages questions to be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 11:00 am BST on Monday 20 September 2021 and will, where appropriate, post answers on the Company's investor website as soon as practicable after the AGM for a period of 30 days. The Notice of 2021 AGM explains the arrangements for submitting questions.

We will continue to monitor the situation and any changes to the arrangements will be communicated before the date of the AGM on the Company's investor website and, if appropriate, announced through a Regulatory Information Service.
