Change to AGM Arrangements
Argentex Group PLC (AIM: AGFX), the provider of foreign exchange
services to institutions, corporates and high net worth private
individuals, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting
(AGM) for 2021 will now take place as a closed meeting on August
4(th) at 14:30.
As previously announced, the Board intended to continually
review the status of the upcoming AGM as part of its ongoing
monitoring of the COVID-19 pandemic. After careful thought, the
Board has decided that holding a closed AGM will better protect the
health and safety of the Company's shareholders and employees and
is therefore in their best interests.
The Board encourages shareholders to submit a proxy vote in
advance of the AGM online at www.investorcentre.co.uk/eproxy
