Change of year end

Alpha Growth Plc (LSE: ALGW and OTCQB: ALPGF), a leading financial services specialist in the growing longevity asset class, announces that, following the completion of the acquisition of Northstar Group (Bermuda) Ltd, the Company is changing its accounting reference date from 31 August to 31 December. This change is to ensure that the accounting reference date of all group entities that will have a material impact on the financial statements have a coterminous year end date as required by relevant accounting standards. The next set of audited consolidated financial statements of the Company will cover the sixteen month period to 31 December 2021.

The Company will issue a set of interim financial statements covering the twelve month period to 31 August 2021 on or before 30 November 2021.
