Director/ PDMR Shareholding
Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading
marketplace for personalised products, announces that the Company
was informed on 28 July 2020 that on the same day Keith Edelman,
Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 59,121 ordinary
shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in
aggregate in two tranches at a volume weighted average price of
16.91 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase").
Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Edelman is beneficially
interested in 372,108 Ordinary Shares representing 0.53 per cent.
of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
