Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for the global promotional products industry, announces that the Company has been notified that Martin Varley, Non-Executive Director, purchased 67 , 000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36.9 pence per Ordinary Share on 16 March 2021.

Following th ese share purchase s , Martin Varley is now interested in 1 1 , 112, 777 Ordinary Shares, representing 15. 77 per cen t. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
