Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, announces that it was yesterday notified that La Tourelle Consulting Limited, a consultancy firm which is beneficially owned by Mr Adam Habib's spouse, has yesterday sold 231,869 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.2 pence per share. Mr Adam Habib is a director and President of the Company.

Following this transaction, Adam Habib will have a beneficial interest in 4,900,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.36 per cent. of the Company's outstanding issued ordinary share capital.
