2020 Annual Report and Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting

17 May 2021. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 together with the notice of its 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been published today.

The Annual Report will shortly be available to download from the Group's website at https://www.animalcaregroup.com/investors/document-library/reports-and-accounts/ and the Notice of AGM at

https://www.animalcaregroup.com/investors/shareholder-centre/agm/   in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

Printed copies will be posted today to shareholders who have elected to receive documents in hard copy.

AGM arrangements

The Company's 2021 AGM will be held on Wednesday 9 June 2021 at 12:00 BST at the offices of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, 150 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6ET. At the time of posting the Notice of AGM, we expect that pandemic-related restrictions on indoor gatherings will continue to affect our ability to welcome shareholders at the meeting. If attendance at the venue becomes permissible, it is likely that numbers will be limited. We therefore strongly recommend that shareholders do not attend the AGM in person and instead appoint the chair of the meeting to act as their proxy. Shareholders will be able to raise questions in advance. Please see the Notice of AGM for further details.

In the event the Board makes changes to the meeting arrangements, we will provide a necessary update on our Group website and, where appropriate, by an announcement via a Regulatory Information Service.
