Result of AGM
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the international healthcare
group, announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held earlier
today, all the resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Meeting,
were duly passed on a poll.
The votes were as follows:

meeting was 534,827,034 ordinary shares of 1p each.

resolution. Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the
Chairman have been included in the 'votes for' total.
