Grant of Share Options
Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN), the institutional stockbroker,
announces that on 1 March 2021, the remuneration committee of the
Company's board granted options (the "Options") over ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to employees of
the Company, including to a director of the Company, as
follows.

The Options have an exercise price of 11.0 pence per Share,
being the closing mid-market price of the Shares on 26 February
2021, the trading day immediately prior to issue. The Options vest
in equal tranches on the first, second and third anniversary of
their grant.

The Arden Wealth Management team offers a bespoke service to our
clients, with the ability to trade/invest in equities, bonds and a
range of global investment funds, as well as allowing clients to
participate in Primary and Secondary equity placings.
