Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

Ascential plc (LSE: ASCL.L), the specialist information, data and analytics company, today announces the appointment of Joanne Harris as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company wit h effect from 1 April 2021.

Joanne has substantial digital retail and omni channel experience in the consumer goods industry. She has been the Chief Commercial Officer of Staples Inc. since December 2018 following a lengthy career at Procter & Gamble in General Management and Sales in both North America and South East Asia, where she was Chief Customer Officer.
