Issue of Shares

The Board of Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income PLC (the "Company") announces that in response to specific investor demand, it has today issued for cash 5 million new ordinary shares in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 104 pence per New Ordinary Share (the "Issue").

The New Ordinary Shares were issued pursuant to the authority to dis-apply pre-emption rights granted by the Company's shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting in June 2020. Following the issue of these shares, the Company has the authority to issue an additional 18,450,000 ordinary shares on a non-pre-emptive basis.

Application for Admission

Application will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List and to London Stock Exchange plc for admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares on its main market for listed securities (the "Main Market"), (together, "Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares on the Main Market will commence, on 4 August 2020.

Use of Funds

Including the issue of equity announced on 23 June 2020, the Company has raised GBP10.45 million (approximately EUR11.5 million) in new monies over the past six weeks. As previously announced, the Investment Manager is reviewing a number of off-market sale and leaseback opportunities and the Board hopes to provide further detail on these in the Q2 Net Asset Value announcement due for publication in mid-August.

Total Voting Rights

Immediately following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 244,500,001 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders in determining the denominator for the calculation by which they will establish if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
