Extension of Warrant Exercise Deadline

Asimilar Group plc (AIM: ASLR), the AIM quoted investment company focused on technology opportunities in the fields of big data, machine learning, telematics and the Internet of Things (IoT), announces that it has extended the expiry date in relation to the 11,562,500 warrants issued by the Company with an exercise price of 30p per share in conjunction with a placing announced on 18 December 2019 ("Warrants"). As at the time of this announcement, 3,750,000 Warrants have already been exercised.

The Company has agreed to extend the final exercise date of the Warrants from 5pm on 31 March 2021 to 5pm on 9 April 2021. The extension has been agreed by the relevant warrant holders and the Company pursuant to the terms of the warrant instrument.
