AssetCo plc ("AssetCo" or the "Company")
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") AND OF
PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ("PCA")
Further to the Company's announcement on 15 June 2022 in
relation to the completion of the all-share acquisition of River
and Mercantile Group PLC by AssetCo (the "Transaction"), the
Company announces that it has received notification that the
following PDMRs and PCAs have acquired ordinary shares in the
Company ("Shares") as a result of their holdings in River and
Mercantile Group PLC and the completion of the Transaction.
