Authority to repurchase shares

AssetCo announces that it intends to seek approval from its shareholders for the authority to make market purchases of Ordinary Shares up to a maximum of 14,929,297 Ordinary Shares, representing up to 10 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. This increased authority reflects the increase in the Company's issued share capital following the issue of shares as consideration for the acquisition of River and Mercantile Group PLC and under various Company incentive plans.

The Company will on Monday 12 September 2022 post a notice of a general meeting of the Company to be held at 3pm on 28 September 2022 at which a special resolution to grant the Company the authority to make market purchases of Ordinary Shares as described above will be proposed.
