Aviva plc Board Remuneration Committee Chair Appointment

Following receipt of regulatory approval, Aviva plc announces that Pippa Lambert, Non-Executive Director of Aviva plc, has been appointed as Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee effective from 14 September 2021.

Patricia Cross, Non-Executive Director of Aviva plc, has stepped down as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from the same date but will remain a member of the Committee.

The announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
