Director Shareholdings, Exercise of EBT Options and Total Voting
Rights
Avingtrans plc, which designs, manufactures and supplies
critical components, modules and associated services to the energy
and medical sectors, announces certain dealings in its shares.
Shares Awarded Under Joint Ownership EBT
107,906 ordinary shares are to be awarded to certain PDMRs of
the Company out of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT
Shares"). The details of these awards, together with the resultant
shareholdings, are set out below.

Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
