Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity

Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO), the developer of next-generation proton therapy systems for cancer treatment, announces that it has received a warrant exercise notice in respect of 500,000 new ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"), with an exercise price of 25 pence per share. Proceeds of GBP125,000 have been received by the Company in respect of the warrant exercise.

Once issued, the New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Application has been made for the 500,000 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on or about 22 February 2021.

Total voting rights

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 349,040,614 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each, with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 349,040,614.

The above figure of 349,040,614 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
