Avast plc notifies the London Stock Exchange (LSE) of PDMR interests in securities of Avast plc.

Grant of Award of Performance Stock Units (PSUs) under Avast plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 (LTIP)

On 22 March 2021, the following PDMRs were granted an award of PSUs over ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company under the LTIP.

An award of PSUs under the LTIP provides participants with the conditional right to receive Avast plc shares, subject to performance conditions.

The PSUs granted on 22 March 2021 will vest on 22 March 2024, being the third anniversary of the grant, subject to two performance conditions. One half of the award is subject to Diluted Adjusted EPS Growth and the remaining half is subject to Adjusted Revenue Growth, each over a three-year performance period ending on 31 December 2023.
