Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

The Barkby Group PLC (AIM:BARK), the diversified business group, will today post its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 2 July 2020 and a notice convening the Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). These documents are available for viewing on the Company's website at www.barkbygroup.com.

Details of the AGM

The AGM will be held at 115b Innovation Drive, Milton, Abingdon, England, OX14 4RZ at 10.00 a.m. on 7 May 2021.

In line with UK Government restrictions relating to public gatherings, the AGM will be run as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend in person. Shareholders are asked instead to vote by proxy on the resolutions contained in the AGM Notice.
