Board committee changes

Beazley plc is pleased to announce that the board has appointed Robert Stuchbery as a member of the Remuneration committee and Pierre-Olivier Desaulle as a member of the Audit and Risk committee. Both appointments are with immediate effect. In addition, Christine LaSala will be standing down from the Audit and Risk committee with immediate effect.
