Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces Board Committee change

Further to Bank of Georgia Group PLC's ("Bank of Georgia Group" or the "Group") announcement of 15 March 2021, the Group announces that Véronique McCarroll, an independent non-executive director, will replace Tamaz Georgadze as Chair of the Risk Committee, effective from 1 January 2022. Mr Georgadze will remain a member of the Risk Committee. The membership of the Risk Committee is otherwise unchanged.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
