Further Debt Reduction

BSG, a leading provider of telecommunications clearing and financial settlement products, Wi-Fi data solutions and verification services, announces that, further to the announcement made on June 30, 2015, repayment of $0.5 million of its senior debt was made yesterday, August 31, 2015. Accordingly, at the close of business yesterday, total outstanding senior debt is $0.5 million.

The Company intends to make its final payment of $0.5 million on September 30, 2015.
