(the "Company")
Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule
5.6.1, the Company advises that, as at 28 February 2021, the total
issued share capital consisted of 133,611,885 Ordinary Shares of 5
pence each.
The Company holds 10,615,895 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
122,995,990.
The above figure (122,995,990) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
The total number of voting rights above (122,995,990) includes
the 112,800 shares purchased by the Company on 25 February 2021 and
the 112,000 shares purchased by the Company on 26 February 2021,
which will be cancelled following settlement.
