The Company has been informed that on 23 November 2020, Chris Grigg, an Executive Director and Fionna Grigg (a person closely associated) sold 220,000 jointly owned ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 473.71p per share.

In addition, on 26 November 2020, Chris and Fionna Grigg sold an additional 180,000 jointly owned ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 475.49p per share.
