As part of its succession planning and following a formal recruitment process, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Shauna Bevan as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 9 June 2022.

Shauna is Head of Investment Advisory at RiverPeak Wealth Limited where she is responsible for fund research and portfolio construction. She has over twenty years investment experience having previously worked for Charles Stanley and Merrill Lynch and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Shauna does not own any Income shares or Growth shares in the Company and her election will be proposed to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in September 2022.

There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to section 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules in relation to this appointment.
