Relinquishment of UK Licenses PEDL330 & PEDL345

Baron Oil Plc (AIM:BOIL), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration company, announces that in accordance with the Operator's recommendation, the PEDL330 and PEDL345 licenses, which were due to expire on 31 July 2021, have been relinquished with an effective date of 31 January 2021.

Baron held an 8% interest in both PEDL330 & PEDL345.
