Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed that on 11 March 2022, Richard Hughes,
CEO International , exercised awards over 1,719 ordinary shares of
1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2018 Long
Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") as deferred bonus share awards in
2018 and 2019. Following the exercise, all the Shares were sold on
11 March 2021 at a price of 2,127.86p per share.
To satisfy the exercise of the awards, 1,719 Shares were
transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the
"EBT"). The Company was notified by JTC Employer Solutions Trustee
Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the
EBT now holds 553,265 Shares, representing 3.42% of the Company's
total voting rights.

requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further
detail.
