On 28 October 2005 it was announced that the Company had entered into
discussions with Mr David Wright and others that might or might not lead to a
Management Buy-Out ("MBO") of the Company.



The Directors of Bartercard have been unable to progress discussions with the
MBO team during the intervening period and have now terminated such discussions.
