Global Perpetual Investments Pty Ltd, as trustee for GPI Trust No. 2, yesterday
purchased 60,000 shares in the Company at a price of 17.667p per share, and
today purchased 40,000 shares at 19p per share.



Wayne Sharpe, Executive Chairman and founder of Bartercard, is the sole
beneficiary of GPI Trust No 2.

Wayne Sharpe is now beneficially interested in 124,715,878 Ordinary Shares
representing 54.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
