Director Appointment

As parts of its Board succession plans that have been communicated in its financial statements, Baker Steel Resources Trust Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Fiona Perrott-Humphrey as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Ms Perrott-Humphrey will also be a member of the Company's Audit Committee.

Ms Perrott-Humphrey was formerly Head of Mining Research for Europe and South Africa at Citigroup. She is now a director of AIM Mining Research and founding director of a strategic mining consulting business, and an Adviser on the mining sector to Rothschild and Co.

Ms Perrott-Humphrey's appointment is effective from 15 September 2020 and she replaces Clive Newall, who has resigned from the Board the same day.

It is confirmed that there are no other details to be disclosed concerning Ms Perrott-Humphrey under Listing Rule 9.6.13 R.

At the date of this announcement, Ms Perrott-Humphrey holds no interests in the shares of the Company.
