DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Britvic plc ("the Company") was notified on 12 October 2020 that
the following transactions have taken place in relation to the
Britvic Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). The SIP is an all-employee
trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which
employees are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 20
pence each ("Shares"), using deductions from salary in each 4-week
pay period, and receive allocations of matching free Shares
("Matching Shares").
1. The SIP trustees have allocated 19,845 Shares (15,107
partnership and 4,738 matching) of 20 pence each to employees
participating in the SIP. These Shares were allotted to the SIP on
9 October 2020 at an aggregate nominal value of GBP3,969.00.
2. The following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs") purchased the number of Shares set out
against their names below, at a price of 777.50 pence per Share,
and were allocated for no consideration the number of Matching
Shares set out against their names below:

cash dividend paid by the Company on 5 February 2020 to
shareholders was reinvested by the following Directors/Persons
Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") to purchase
Ordinary Shares as set out below at a price of 934.57 pence per
share.
