In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company notes that, further to the announcement by J Sainsbury plc, Lesley Jones, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has also been appointed as the new Chair of Sainsbury's Bank. The appointment will be effective from 30 January 2021.
