Notice of Results

Card Factory, the UK's leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, dressings and gifts, today issues an update regarding the timing of publication of its results.

The Company's preliminary results for the 12 months to 31 January 2021 will now be released on Thursday 10 June 2021 (previously Tuesday 8 June 2021).

This delay has been agreed by the Board, following a request from its auditors, KPMG LLP, in order to provide KPMG sufficient time to complete the audit process following disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
