Following the exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union
("EU") and the subsequent end of the Brexit transition period on 31
December 2020, Coca-Cola HBC AG ("CCHBC AG") announces that its EU
Home Member State for the purposes of Directive 2004/109/EC (as
amended, the "EU Transparency Directive") will be Greece.
CCHBC AG will therefore begin filing certain regulatory
information with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission in
accordance with applicable EU and Greek law. Major shareholders
will also be required to report acquisitions or disposals of
substantial holdings in CCHBC AG to the Hellenic Capital Market
Commission in accordance with applicable Greek law, in addition to
continued compliance with their disclosure obligations under the UK
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
CCHBC AG's status as a Swiss company limited by shares
(Aktiengesellschaft/ société anonyme ), headquartered in
Switzerland, remains unchanged.
CCHBC AG has a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange
(LSE:CCH) and is also listed on the Athens Stock Exchange
