Director/PDMR Shareholding
Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining Company with an
operating mine in Armenia and assets at various stages of
development in the Kyrgyz Republic, has been informed that Robert
Benbow, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold in the market
183,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregate share price of
approximately 26.35 pence per Ordinary Share on 8 June 2021. This
sale was made in order to satisfy a tax liability arising on the
vesting of restricted stock units under the Chaarat Gold Holdings
Limited Management Incentive Plan.
Following this sale, Mr Benbow now holds 1,379,844 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.20% of the Company's issued share
capital.
