The Board of CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC ("the Company") announces that on 25 August 2022 the Company allotted 50,000 Income shares of GBP0.094976101 each, from the Company's general business purposes blocklisting facility at a price of 132.50p per Income share. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Income shares in issue and dealings are expected to commence on 30 August 2022.

Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue 3,434,510 Income shares and 1,304,550 Growth shares under its blocklisting facilities.

Following this transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 48,587,165 Income shares and 39,050,148 Growth shares, of which nil Income shares and nil Growth shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC is 48,587,165 Income shares and 39,050,148 Growth shares.

The above figures (48,587,165 Income shares and 39,050,148 Growth shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
