("Cenkos" or the "Company")
PDMR Dealings
Cenkos has a Short Term Incentive Plan ("Plan") whereby certain
PDMRs, including Julian Morse as an executive director, had been
granted a restricted share award over ordinary shares in the
Company. On 17 May 2021, in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the Plan , awards totalling 293,000 ordinary shares
that had been made to Julian Morse in 2020 vested.
The notifications below are made in accordance with the
requirements of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation
(2014/596) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended and supplemented from time to
time, and provide further detail in relation to the vesting of the
awards to Julian Morse and to certain other PDMRs in the
Company.
