First Day of Dealings

Further to the announcement on 15 February 2021, Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited is pleased to announce 370,000,000 Ordinary Shares and 46,249,982 Subscription Shares will today be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's main market ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker "CORD" (ISIN: GG00BMC7TM77). The Subscription Shares will trade under the ticker "CSRD" (ISIN: GG00BMDGQT90).

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue immediately following Admission is 370,000,000 and this is the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company. The figure 370,000,000 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
