RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 3(rd) February 2021, it transferred to participants in its employee share

schemes   928 Ordinary Shares at prices of EUR16.19 and EUR27.86 per Ordinary Share. 

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 10,074,177 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,066,161 .
