RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 12(th) May 2021, it transferred to participants in its employee share scheme 1,841 Ordinary Shares at prices between GBP16.16 and GBP24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 10,743,743 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,396,595 .
